November marks the start of the busy holiday season that’s coming for most of us. The mixture of anticipation, dread, excitement, depression, joy and pain are all very real and very confusing for those dealing with grief. So many unknowns lurk ahead and so many questions haunt our thoughts.
The questions on the graphic are just a few that I know widows deal with especially at this time of year.
I’m speaking to several widows groups this month on this subject. It is so needed because special occasions are filled with grief triggers. I will also be posting many holiday resources on this website that will hopefully help many of you.
