
“Widow’s Fog” is real! When your brain is processing your loss, it can be too much to deal with. Then as time goes on and you’re trying to constantly adjust to new routines, new responsibilities, and other different aspects of daily living, your brain can still be overwhelmed with all that stimulus.
The results can be inability to concentrate or comprehend. It may show up as forgetfulness. Your normal abilities to problem solve, organize, and calculate may be hampered.
